End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Uva Group LLC ("Licensor"), the owner and provider of the Uva App ("App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the App.

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App solely for its intended purposes. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership of the App or its content.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including but not limited to its design, features, functionality, and content, are and will remain the exclusive property of Licensor. User acknowledges that the App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. Restrictions

User agrees not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Share, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party without prior written consent from Licensor.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

By using the App, User agrees to the collection, storage, and use of data as outlined in the Licensor's Privacy Policy at https://www.pideuva.com/privacy-policy. Licensor is committed to protecting User’s data in compliance with applicable laws.

5. Updates and Maintenance

Licensor may, at its sole discretion, provide updates or modifications to the App to improve functionality, address security concerns, or add features. User agrees to install such updates when provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App, including loss of data or business interruption.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if User breaches any provision. Upon termination, User must cease all use of the App and delete it from all devices.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Puerto Rico.

11. Amendments

Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the User, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement.
